ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Successful, well established State Farm Agency looking for a friendly, (sense of humor) motivated Insurance representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing insurance related services, excellent customer service, and be sales-minded. Prefer license in property casualty and experience in the insurance industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide prompt, accurate quotes and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Market and cross sell Insurance products to existing customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Computer proficient.
Sales experience preferred
Property and Casualty License preferred (and a Life/Health License)
Strong written, verbal and listening skills- ability to explain and educate sometimes complex insurance concepts
Pride in completing work accurately, timely and ability to work independently.
Must be organized, have a STRONG MEMORY, detail and people oriented. And the ability to multitask.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
